We collect contact information, property addresses, appointment details, descriptions of requested services, and optional uploaded photos to schedule assessments, prepare estimates, perform work and communicate about payments.

We use service providers to host and secure appointment records, process card payments, verify property locations, and (if enabled) send transactional email and text notifications. Card details are entered directly on the payment processor's hosted checkout; they are not stored in this website's booking database.

Uploaded property images and job records are intended for business use and are kept private from the public. Only approved staff should have access to the owner dashboard.

To request correction or removal of your property information, call (229) 305-8456. Records necessary for accounting, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained as required.
