Package prices are starting points, not unlimited-service flat rates. Included quantities, property condition, square footage, materials, hauling, and regulated trade work are reviewed during the assessment. The agreed scope and price appear in your written estimate.

Booking several properties, or need reliable maintenance every month? Preferred rates are available for eligible work—even if your recurring schedule covers only one or two properties at a time. Open to everyone, not just property managers.
Savings apply to eligible labor and services, not materials, disposal fees, or subcontracted specialty work. Discounts don't stack and are confirmed in your estimate.

The appointment covers the property address below. Describe other properties in your notes; any volume or recurring discount will be reviewed in your estimate, not charged or applied at booking.
Optional photos are stored privately once live booking is enabled. Up to five JPEG, PNG or WebP images, 5 MB each.
Where are we visiting?
We'll use these details to confirm your booking and find the property.
Service area: within 30 miles of Valdosta, Georgia. A real launch would validate the address before accepting payment.

Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM Eastern. Same-day appointments require 2 hours' notice.
Each 30-minute visit reserves an additional 30 minutes for travel. Available times will be verified before checkout.

Your $50 assessment fee
The $50 reserves your visit. If you hire us for the work, it is credited toward your final bill. If you choose not to proceed after the assessment, the $50 covers the visit.
Changes and cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. You may reschedule once for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, including same-day bookings, are non-refundable. Special circumstances can be reviewed directly.
