Assessment and payment terms

$50 assessment: A $50 charge is required to reserve a 30-minute on-site assessment. If you approve and hire us for the quoted work, the $50 will be credited toward the total job price. If you choose not to hire us after the assessment, the $50 covers the visit and is not refunded.

Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full $50 refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including same-day bookings, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Final scope and price: The assessment does not guarantee a particular price or that every requested repair can be performed. The final scope and pricing are determined after the visit.

Work deposits: Approved jobs require a 20% down payment before work begins. The remaining amount, after accounting for the $50 assessment credit and the work down payment, is due upon completion. Unusually small jobs may require manual billing.

Service area: Properties within approximately 30 miles of Valdosta, Georgia. If an address cannot be verified, please call to arrange the appointment.
